RESEARCH MEASUREMENT ACCURACY AND RESOLUTION FOR ANALYTICAL MULTI-FREQUENCY PHASE METHOD OF MEASUREMENT RANGE

Abstract

In the paper is shown the occurrence of measurement errors for multifrequency phase method of measuring distances. It is shown that the error affected from values of error of amplitude value and error of phase shifts of total reflected signal which is the sum of signals reflected from each object and features of mathematical transformation of values of vectors the reflected signals to coefficients of a power equation and solving a power equation.
