SYSTEM OF EXPERT EVALUATION AND CATEGORIZATION OF INTERNET RESOURCES. CALCULATION OF OPTIMAL COUNT OF EXPERTS

Abstract

The work is devoted to questions of technical filtering of content in the Internet. Considered Bwld.online system that created by the International Telecommunication Union and the Odessa National Academy of Telecommunications after O. S. Popov. The system is a universal service platform, which consists of domains (communities) created by the user. Bwld.online system allows users to create their own, "unique" list of resources used for the content filtering. Lists are formed according to the individual needs of an user. The method of determining the number of experts needed for the stable work of the community of Bwld.online system was provided. With the proposed method calculation of the number of experts necessary to maintain actual community serving all the post-Soviet space online.
