RETROSPECTIVE IDENTIFICATION OF SIGNAL AND CONTROL DATA IN INTELLIGENT TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORKS

Abstract

The control system of an intelligent telecommunication network with plenty of network equipment and delays of signal and control data is considered. The principal features of such control systems are, firstly, drift of parameters of autonomous segments as controlled objects, and, secondly, absence of guarantees of stability of decisions of differential and difference equations which describe the system. It is suggested to use the methods of analysis of stability of differential equations with a deviating argument for the decision of inverse problem of identification. On the basis of systems approach to the network as to the complex locally stationary system the model of network segment is developed as object of control at non-correlated disturbances and interference with useful signals. The circle of questions of the forced introduction of the control system in the area of stability is outlined. The task of evaluation of sensitiveness of the control system is considered to drifts and random deviations of coefficients of differential and difference equations from the delays signal and control data.
