Abstract

The article analyzes the structural elements of the weather radar channel, consisting of meteorological radar, the propagation medium of electromagnetic energy and meteorological object. The advantage of meteorological radar polarimeter from the point of view of informativeness of polarization parameters in obtaining remote radar information about meteorological object. Considered meteorological radar system in combination with metaobjects and the medium of propagation of electromagnetic waves, which form a channel radar remote receiving radar meteorological information. Morphological and functional structure of the meteorological radar channel. The algorithm of measurement of the coefficients of the scattering matrix of metaObject for dual weather radar polarimeter. The structure of the formation of an electromagnetic wave with a given polarization to the radiation.
