CREATION OF PREREQUISITES FOR INCREASING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF APPOINTED OPERATORS IN THE MARKET OF COURIER POSTAL SERVICES

Abstract

The prerequisites are formulated and possible ways of increasing the competitiveness of appointed operators in the market of courier services of postal communication. In order to identify possible ways to increase the competitiveness of appointed operators in the courier market, it was suggested to consider the provision of courier services as a form of sending local written correspondence and prove that the main difference between the provision of courier services and the transfer of local written correspondence is the individual nature of courier services and the collective nature of shipping operations local written correspondence, which causes a high cost ne the transportation of written correspondence and the relatively low cost of processing it with the provision of courier postal services and the low cost of transporting written correspondence and the relatively high cost of processing it when sending local written correspondence. It is shown that the main ways to increase the competitiveness of appointed operators in the market of courier postal services are the reduction of the standard terms for sending local written correspondence, the accelerated allocation of local written correspondence from the composition of written correspondence, the increase in the duration of postal communication facilities, the increase in the number of working days for postal communication facilities, tariffs for the transfer of local written correspondence. The questions of practical realization of increase of competitiveness of the appointed operators in the market of courier services of a mail service are covered.
