ELECTROLUMINESCENCE OF MULTILAYER HETEROSTRUCTURES DEGRADATION BY THE INFLUENCE OF IONIZING RADIATION

Abstract

Research degradation of radiating multilayer heterostructures by the action of Co60 g-radiation was made. The volt-ampere characteristics, radiation spectra, wattampere and voltwatt characteristics of short-wave and long-wavelength bands of electroluminescence in the radiation degradation process of such structures were studied. It is shown that the use of repeated radiation to increase the quantum efficiency of multilayer heterostructures reduces the radiation resistance of the LEDs.
