IMPROVEMENT OF THE LIST OF UNIVERSAL SERVICES OF POSTAL SERVICE
Abstract
The analysis of a condition of demand and incomes of granting of universal services of a postal service is carried out. Change of consumer priorities and tendencies in the market of a telecommunication service and information, and also in the markets of other telecommunication service is proved. Foreign experience of formation of the list of universal services of a postal service is analyzed. The updated list of universal services which answers both to world tendencies, and modern realities of the country is offered. Offers on formation of the mechanism of financial support of operators which universal postal services render are generated.Downloads
